Sideblog: So Grounded

Daughter just confessed that when she was “younger,” she used my toothbrush and toothpaste and brushed the cat’s teeth. Then put everything back where it belonged. Cleanliness is next to Godliness, but she is so grounded.

Okay, that is really bad & everything but I must say that I laughed out loud and then read it to Sandy and she had quite a chuckle. Actually, I was laughing so hard that I almost dropped my laptop and as I went to grab it (I’m lying in bed) I knocked the glass of water on my nightstand over, the glass broke & I spilled water ALL over. I guess it serves me right for laughing at your toothbrush situation. I hope you didn’t ground your daughter for too long.
I was thinking it was going to be much worse, glad to hear it wasn’t.
I once used my sister’s toothbrush inside of a houseboat toilet.
