Sideblog: Idiots

My laptop hasn’t worked correctly since I spent $230 last weekend to get if fixed. This morning I took it back and showed them them problem. After reviewing the situation for ten minutes, the dude said it looked like they had done the repair incorrectly. Piss off number one: “What would you like us to do?” Fix it you asshole. Duh. Piss off number two: “I’ll have to check to see if we can do it at no charge.” You charged me for not fixing it a week ago, and now you have to go ask your manager if you can really fix it and not charge me again? Amazing.

  2. What happened to customer service? It seems so many peon workers simply don’t know how to handle situations like these and so they end up pissing off customers. More training needed!
