Sideblog: Amazingly, everyone had satellite problems
Amazingly, it seems everybody in the building had Dish Network problems, oh, about the time the Utah Jazz game was on last night. The installers of the system for my townhouse complex was out today checking out the system. They had many calls. I had called and told them that when I turned the power off to the master bedroom, it shut out the satellite for the whole building. They showed me the little box that runs the power to all of my neighbors. I felt that power in the palm of my hands. And just as these lovely men were showing me the little supreme box, the HOA president called them. I asked the repair man to tell the HOA president to be nice to me…or mysteriously the satellite might go out again…when the Jazz play tomorrow night. He relayed the message, laughing. I smiled. He thought I was joking.
