My Brilliant Reality TV Show Idea

This would be the funniest reality TV show ever. I call it “The Formerly Fat Sisters.”

Cameras follow the daily real lives of two sisters, both living in Utah. One is a married Mormon with four children. She works in a hospital. The second sister is a single lesbian mother of one who works in healthcare marketing.

The premise of the show is that both sisters have lost, oh let’s say 20 pounds. And so they are now “formerly fat.” But they actually have so much weight to lose that 20 pounds didn’t make a dent. But they don’t see it that way and wonder why everybody else doesn’t see things like they do.

The camera shows them clothes shopping together. “This size 8 is mis-marked. It doesn’t fit.” Well, says the store attendant, why don’t you try the plus-size department. “What? Are you calling me fat?”

Following one to a doctor’s visit where she insists they get the tech in immediately to check the scales because the are “extremely inaccurate to the point of being a health hazard.”

The possibilities are limitless. This would appeal to those people who are fat, those people who like to make fun of fat people, those men who love BBW, lesbians, Mormons, etc. Huge audience potential.

So Fox or CW, or any other network, send me an email and we’ll talk. Or just leave a comment with you phone number. That will work too.
