I’ve Misplaced a Web Site
I am a lousy filer and am the first to admit it. And now, I have somehow misplaced a web site.
My lack of alphabetic organizational skills goes way back to paper files. Remember those things? Hated them. And although I use dictionaries, I hate them too. They are too close to filing. One must know the order of letters and make decisions accordingly.
So now I have misfiled a web site. It is one that is basically there to get indexed by Google, build up some links, and then maybe in a year or so I will use it for its intended purpose. It currently isn’t a priority. But a user emailed me with a small error, and I decided to promptly fix it. But damn. I cannot find the web site files on my computer. I KNOW where they should be. I think. But they aren’t there. Did I delete them? Did FileZilla somehow eat them? I am totally stumped. But not to worry. I am going to be independently wealthy.
Until I find that missing web site, I have been made a few offers…just this week…by a couple of individuals. I am trying to decide which offer I should take.
#1 The British Prime Minister, US Government, and UN (combined) want to send me a monetary award, directly to my bank account.
#2 Barrister Oscar Tony, from Nigeria, has notified me that someone died and I am the beneficiary of $9,900,000.
#3 Princess Ajana, a God-fearing 16 year old Christian whose father died a few months ago, is offering me part of her $27,350,000 inheritance.
I will contemplate which of these offers I want to pursue while I am searching for my missing web site. But knowing I won’t go hungry while I try to better my filing skills is a big relief.
